be FITNESS Welcomes “Yoga Trish” as New General Manager
Recently remodeled be FITNESS of Delafield has brought on Trish Washburn (also known as "Yoga Trish") as their new general manager.

DELAFIELD, WI — Recently remodeled be FITNESS of Delafield has brought on Trish Washburn (also known as “Yoga Trish”) as their new general manager where she will oversee all operations and staff at the facility.
As general manager, Washburn plans to embrace the phrase, “Our vibe attracts our tribe!” Her primary goal moving forward at be FITNESS is to create a non-intimidating environment where excellence is the norm and authenticity is a way of life. Washburn said, “Being healthy is a state of mind, of body and of spirit. It is about being connected and working toward something greater than ourselves."
Originally from Elmhurst, Ill., Washburn attended York Community High School and then went on to University of Iowa as a scholarship athlete in track. Her BA in Communications took her in the field of Advertising and Marketing. After experiencing tragedy, she moved to Orlando and was a professional water skier for SeaWorld and taught water skiing at Walt Disney World.
She stepped back into the traditional corporate environment upon returning to Wisconsin and was an executive at a software company. In 1998, she began practicing and teaching yoga in the Lake Country area, and her passion led her to leave her corporate career in April 2003 and pursue yoga full time, which eventually led her back to be FITNESS earlier this year.
