WAUKESHA, WI — Waukesha police responded to the 2000 block of Kilps Drive just after 11 p.m. Saturday on a report of a sexual assault. According to police reports, when police arrived, they found a group of people in the middle of the road arguing. The people were described as being in their late teens to early 20s. The lights inside the duplex across the street went out when officers arrived on-scene. Numerous people on-scene fled north through yards toward Madison and Grandview. Police managed to catch up to some of the people who fled out at Madison and Grandview where they gathered more information for their investigation.
