Boomerang's Bar And Grill Opens Tuesday In Waukesha

Homemade pizza. Salad. Sports. Waukesha's newest sports bar opens Tuesday.

WAUKESHA, WI — A new sports bar and grill has opened in Downtown Waukesha - and just in time for the fall sports season.

Boomerangs Bar and Grill, 294 W. Main St. is situated right in Waukesha's Five Points intersection downtown. The space used to house the Meli restaurant.

Brady Rice and John Hintz co-own and operate the new place, which features a lengthy bar worthy of pulling up a chair, and a row of flat-screen TVs that will allow visitors to keep track just about any game.

Boomerang's hosted a grand opening on Friday, Aug. 30, and opened for business Tuesday at 11 a.m.

According to a JSOnline article, "Boomerangs bills itself as a sports bar "with above average food," a mix of pub favorites sharing the attention of customers who are also intent on watching the action on the 13 TVs surrounding the dining room."
