Cane-Wielding Woman Smashes House Windows on Napa Trail

WAUKESHA, WI — Waukesha police responded to the 2400 block of Napa Trail just after 9 p.m. Wednesday on a report that an agitated woman was shattering windows with an elderly woman's cane.

According to the police, the woman was under the impression that a neighbor had been stealing things from her, and she responded by taking a cane and rapping on windows on her neighbor's house and a second house in the area.

According to reports, a family friend caregiver was arranged to spend the night and also to have the window fixed in the future.
