Car Wash Thief Arrested After Throwing Snowball: Police

WAUKESHA, WI — Saturday's incident at the Kwik Trip car wash on the 2500 block of N. Grandview Blvd., wasn't the kind of small crime that could happen in, say, July.

Waukesha police told Patch that a man using the car wash accidently used a car wash cycle that was paid for by a different customer. That customer confronted driver who went through the wash and demanded $11 — only to have the other customer throw a snowball at his face.

Police responded to the Kwik Trip and took the snowball-thrower into custody on suspicion of municipal disorderly conduct.
