Carroll Grad's Exhibit on Display Until Saturday

Waukesha Tattoo Company and Galleria Edge host Kate Loehrer's "Under Attack" photography exhibit.

A new exhibit at , 463 W. Main St., Waukesha, features a photography series by Kate Loehrer, a 2011 graduate of Carroll University. Under Attack will be on display through Saturday, July 28, and is about a day when we’re confronted with our consumption. Each photograph includes a model interacting with materials in multiples. There is a surrealist feel to her photographs as well as environmental undertones.

After earning a bachelor’s degree in photography, Loehrer relocated to Nashville, Tenn., where she works at a small aerial and architectural photography company and continues to work on her own art.

Galleria Edge is owned by George Wang ’92, and is a showcase of local fine artists and art on the edge. Home of Waukesha Tattoo Company, it also is a showcase for the art of tattooing and tattoo artists.
