Chappie's on Broadway, a new restaurant and bar in Downtown Waukesha, has set their opening date. Here's when:
WAUKESHA, WI — A new restaurant and bar specializing in select Belgium tap beer, American comfort and European specialty foods has set their grand opening date for May 19.
The new place is called Chappie's on Broadway, located at 257 W. Broadway in Downtown Waukesha.
According to a report by the Journal Sentinel today, Chappie's has 10 draft beer lines mainly dedicated to Belgians such as Gulden Draak.

- Mussels with white wine garlic or smoked paprika-bacon sauce.
- Beer-battered cheese curds

Kitchen hours are 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday to Thursday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Bar open late.
