Child Sex Offender To Be Released Back Into Waukesha: Police
According to police, Herman will be living outside the city's designated Child Safety Zone.

WAUKESHA, WI -- Authorities in Waukesha County are notifying the public that a person on the state sex offender registry is going to be released back into the community.
According to the Waukesha Police Department, Jack A. Herman, 48, Waukesha, will be placed at an apartment on the 1100 block of E. Main Street after he is released on Jan. 22.
According to court records, Herman was convicted in 1993 and again in 1994 for second-degree sexual assault of a child. Records indicated that the two cases involved separate victims.

Waukesha police say Herman had intercourse with two separate 14-year-old girls on separate occasions. Herman was 24 years old at the time of each incident, records indicate.
According to police, Herman will be living outside the city's designated Child Safety Zone - an area within 750 feet of any private or public school, recreational trail, playground, park, child care center or group home within the City of Waukesha.
