Cousin's Subs Manager Forced Girl, 16, To Have Sex: Report
Authorities in Waukesha County say a Cousin's Subs manager forced a 16-year-old girl to have sex with him in the restaurant.

WAUKESHA, WI -- Authorities in Waukesha County say a manager at the Cousin's Subs on Pearl Street faces charges after he coerced a 16-year-old girl into having sex with him in the restaurant.
According to a criminal complaint filed in Waukesha County, Jordan Flamand, 23, has been charged with child sexual exploitation, child enticement and two counts of sexual intercourse with a child under 16 years of age.
If Flamand is convicted, he could face up to 40 years behind bars, $200,000 in fines or both, according to state law. His total sentence for the two felony counts against him could total up to 100 years between prison, probation and supervision if he is convicted.

According to the criminal complaint, the father of the 16-year-old girl caught Flamand and the girl in the act on Feb. 1 when he came to pick up his daughter after her work shift that evening around 10:30 p.m.
Waukesha police department call logs indicate that the girl's father called police just after 10:30 p.m., stating that he caught her daughter and Flamand having sex. Officers immediately began investigating the case, according to call logs.

According to the complaint, the girl told her parents that she had been forced to have sex multiple times, saying she did not have a choice in the matter and had been coerced into the actions. Investigators also said Flamand pressured her to posing nude and performing restaurant functions in various states of undress.
Flamand is currently being held in the Waukesha County Jail on a $5,000 cash bond and is due in court on March 15 for his preliminary hearing.
