Domestic Violence Suspect Returns To Scene, Is Arrested
A Waukesha man involved in an apparent domestic dispute eluded authorities until he returned to the same apartment complex, and was arrested

WAUKESHA, WI — A man involved in an apparent domestic dispute eluded authorities until he returned to the same apartment complex where the initial incident took place, police said.
Waukesha police responded to an apartment complex on the 1700 block of Elder St. just before 9:30 p.m. on Oct. 30 on a report of a domestic disturbance.
According to police officers were at first not able to locate the suspect, who fled west from the apartment complex wearing a blue shirt, blue shorts and was reported to have been carrying a kitchen-style knife.

Police reports indicated that after a perimeter was set up in the area, however the suspect was not located.
By 11:15 p.m. that evening, police were called again on this case, this time notified that the suspect had returned to the same apartment complex as the initial incident, according to reports.

After police and sheriff's deputies arrived on the scene, the man was identified, and taken into custody without further incident. The man was unarmed when he was located and taken into custody, according to reports.
