Drag Racer 'Terrorized' Neighborhood, 8 People Called Police

WAUKESHA, WI — A drag racer that was reportedly "terrorizing the neighborhood" on the 1600 block of Birch Drive was met by police early Monday morning.

According to police reports, the likely driver of the vehicle was "cursing and yelling" at the police officer when he questioned him. The man's car reportedly also smelled of hot brakes when the officer stepped up to his car.

According to police reports the man's truck was seen by the entire neighborhood racing up and down the road - so much so that 8 people called police on him within a span of 20 minutes into early Labor Day.

Reports indicate the man's family was trying to stop the man's vehicle, a tan Ford F-150, and trying to get the man inside.

The man was reportedly very intoxicated, according to reports.
