Driver Lodges Car Under Semi on I-94 Monday
The driver of a vehicle amazingly suffered no apparent injuries after his vehicle became pinned under the trailer of a semi truck early Mon.

WAUKESHA COUNTY, WI — The driver of a vehicle amazingly suffered no apparent injuries after his vehicle became pinned under the trailer of a semi truck early Monday in Waukesha County.
On Monday, September 4, 2017 just after midnight, the Waukesha County Communications Center received several 911 calls of a semi and passenger vehicle crashed in the area of Calhoun Road. The City of Brookfield Fire Department and the Waukesha County Sheriff’s Office responded.
The first-arriving squad found there was complete lane blockage, and one vehicle was slightly under the trailer of the semi. The initial investigation indicates the semi and unloaded trailer were traveling eastbound I-94, at which point the driver became inattentive.

The semi struck, a tow truck and the vehicle he was assisting were on the shoulder of I-94 eastbound. The semi veered towards the median wall, struck the median wall and crossed over into westbound traffic. A vehicle traveling westbound I-94 struck the trailer area and became partially lodged under the trailer. No injuries were reported as a result of the crash.
The driver of the vehicle that struck the trailer was taken into custody for Operating an Automobile While Intoxicated.
