Waukesha police responded to the 100 block of Griffith Ct. just before 9:30 p.m. Sunday on a report of a domestic disturbance.
An ambulance was called for a 69-year-old man who had eye pain after he called police stating that his 35-year-old son attacked him.
According to police, the son hit his father in the eye.
According to police reports, the man was taken into custody as a result of the incident.

Waukesha police responded to the area of E. Moreland Blvd. and E. Main St. early morning on Sunday on a report of an intoxicated driver.
According to police reports, the driver of a jeep struck a parked car, drove into oncoming traffic and nearly struck a train just after 2 a.m.
When police arrived, they observed that the vehicle had the cross bar of the train gate across the hood of the driver's vehicle and had his reverse lights on.
The man was taken into custody just after 2:30 a.m. Sunday.
