Drunk Man Tased After Refusing To Exit Friend's Car: Report
According to reports, the man smashed his friend's front windshield in the process of resisting authorities.

WAUKESHA, WI -- Police in Waukesha say they were forced to strike an uncooperative man with batons after the man refused to get out of his friend's car.
Police responded to an apartment on the 1600 block of S. West Ave. just before 3 a.m. on Nov. 1 on a report of a drunk person who was causing a disturbance, according to police reports.
Waukesha police said they were called to the apartment because a 53-year-old man was drunk and was refusing to exit his friend's car.

According to reports, he smashed his friend's front windshield in the process, and was not cooperative with police officers who responded to the scene.
Police reported that the man refused to get out of the car for officers. Officers tased him twice to no effect, and tried other methods, which were also not successful.

Police told Patch that officers were forced to use baton strikes to his leg in order to get him out of the car and take him into custody. During the process, police said that one officer suffered a minor injury during the lengthy physical altercation.
