Drunk Packer Game Viewer Hospitalized With Unexplained Injuries

A woman with unexplained injuries was transported to the hospital after she became highly intoxicated while watching the Packer game.

WAUKESHA, WI — A woman with unexplained injuries was transported to the hospital after she became highly intoxicated while watching the Packer game.

Waukesha police responded to the 400 block of W. Sunset Drive just after 6:30 p.m. Sunday on a report of an intoxicated person.

According to the report of a concerned citizen who contacted police, an intoxicated woman was sitting outside the restaurant, and appeared to have multiple injuries. The citizen told police that the woman wouldn't answer her when she asked whether she needed a ride.

Reports indicate that the woman, 40, was intoxicated and had injuries when police arrived and investigated.

When police spoke with the woman and the man she was with, they stated they were drinking during the Packer game and became highly intoxicated.

Neither the man nor the woman were able to provide an explanation for the woman's injuries. She was subsequently transported to the Waukesha Memorial Hospital for her injuries by the Waukesha fire department.
