Drunk Waukesha Mom Arrested After Picking Up Child: Police
A Waukesha woman was arrested for drunk driving after she was seen picking up her child at daycare, police said.

WAUKESHA, WI — A Waukesha woman was arrested for drunk driving after she was seen picking up her child at daycare, police said.
Police told Waukesha Patch that at 5:46 p.m. Thursday, a caller reported a possible drunk driver who was unable to maintain their lane near the intersection of Bluemound Rd. and Springdale Rd.
Police said the vehicle pulled into a day care at the Child & Family Centers of Excellence, and picked up a child and then left again. The driver, 36-year-old Irene Kulvekoski pulled into an apartment complex and was stopped by officers as she walked with her 4-year-old child.
Police said that Kulvekoski admitted to picking up her child and driving home, and she was arrested for OWI-1st offense, with a passenger under 16 years of age in the vehicle.
