Woman Slashes Man's Tires

A Waukesha woman was taken into custody after authorities say she slashed the tires on a Waukesha man's car.

According to police reports, officers were called to a home on the 1700 block of Manhattan Drive just before 8 p.m. on a report that the woman and man were involved in a verbal altercation following the tire incident.

Waukesha police were called to an apartment on the 1700 block of West Ave. on Aug. 23 just before 8:30 a.m. on a report of a highly intoxicated woman.

According to police reports, the woman called stating that she needed help because she was drunk.

According to police reports, she recorded a preliminary breath test of 0.397, which is considered a life-threatening level of intoxication for many adults.

The woman stated she was willing to undergo voluntary detox.
