DWI, Gun Charges For Man After Late Night Traffic Stop
Two kids, 4 and 8, were in the car at 3:20 a.m. when police pulled the Milwaukee man over for speeding and swerving.

WAUKESHA, WI — A Milwaukee man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after a Wisconsin State Patrol trooper from the Waukesha Post pulled him over for speeding and swerving, according to a release. There was also a handgun in the vehicle.
Manuel Castillo, 34, was driving on the 94 westbound off ramp to Highway 18 around 3:20 a.m. Sunday, the release says, when he was pulled over. The trooper noticed "an odor of intoxicants" and two kids in the back seat, ages 4 and 8.
Castillo went through a field sobriety test and police determined he was intoxicated, subsequently arresting him. His blood was drawn at an area hospital and he was released "to a responsible party."

Police cited Castillo for operating without a license. He also faces charges related to the handgun.
