Elevated Insurance Clients Rate Agency High in Excellence

Jackson Bubolz, independent insurance agent and owner of Elevated Insurance, recently conducted a client survey, and the results were a remarkable 9.6 satisfaction rating out of a possible 10 score.

The survey questions were based on a 10-point scale with 1 being poor and 10 being excellent. The short survey asked questions about:

• Ease of receiving an insurance solution (quote)
• Timely response in receiving calls/texts/emails back from the agent
• Ease of making payments
• Getting an answer to a specific question
• Use of video to educate and communicate

Bubolz said, “Steve Jobs said, ‘A lot of times, people don’t know what they want until you show it to them.’ My intuition is that people don’t know what a great insurance experience is because they haven’t had one. Elevated Insurance’s blend of leveraging several carriers for great coverage/price, community service, and referral bonuses is delivering an insurance experience that has never been attempted before.”

Bubolz continued, “We wanted to survey our clients to understand how well we’re accomplishing the vision of a ‘community insurance service.’ Thus far, clients have told us we’re providing more than they expected.”
