In anticipation of the election on Tuesday, April 5, Carroll University's Pre-Law Society is sponsoring a forum of the two candidates for Branch 4 of the Waukesha County Circuit Court. The candidates are Judge Kathleen Stilling, who was appointed to the Branch 4 seat in 2010 by former Gov. Jim Doyle and Waukesha County Assistant District Attorney Lloyd Carter. The moderator for this forum will be Dr. Lilly Goren, professor of politics at Carroll University.
