Relax and renew yourself! Dharma teacher Susan Childress shares the benefits of Zen meditation and teaches the skills to clear your mind so you will be more present in the moment. This interactive class helps you become familiar with mantras, chanting, breathing exercises, walking and sitting meditation forms and various mind-focusing techniques. With a focus on practice, not theory, each participatory class will include at least 30 minutes practicing the techniques learned in class. Please bring a cushion.
