The public is warmly invited to attend this free concert with the Windy Hill Handbell Choir and the University of Wisconsin-Waukesha. Free parking, too! What better way to mark the (almost) ides of March than enjoying some beautiful music? Following the concert, the Fine Arts Center Art Gallery will hold its opening reception for "Small Works Challenge - Common Object," an exhibit of fabric art created by members of the Milwaukee Art Quilters. Concert-goers are invited to stay for the free reception and a chance to view some truly stunning quilts.
