Evicted Man Arrested On Grand Ave.: Report
Waukesha police told Patch that the man was about 6 feet tall and weighed 270 lbs., and resisted officers' attempts to arrest him.

WAUKESHA, WI — Waukesha police responded to the 100 block of Grand Ave. in front of an apartment complex to conduct a traffic stop, only to learn that the driver of the vehicle was not wanted on the property.
Waukesha Police told Patch.com that at about 4 p.m. Thursday, officers pulled over a vehicle that was suspected of having excessive window tinting. According to the police report, during the course of the traffic stop, the apartment manager came out and said that the man police pulled over had been previously evicted from the property, and that if he returned, he would request that the man be arrested.
According to police reports, the apartment manager wanted a complaint for trespassing against the man, who was then told that he was under arrest. According to police reports, the man was arrested but not after a physical struggle. Waukesha police told Patch that the man was about 6 feet tall and weighed 270 lbs., and resisted officers' attempts to take him into custody.
