Fight On Swartz Said To Involve Man With Gun: Report

According to police reports, investigators found evidence of blood on a neighboring driveway and evidence of a scuffle.

WAUKESHA, WI — Waukesha police responded to the 1500 block of Swartz Drive just before midnight on Jan. 23 on a report of a fight.

Police told Waukesha Patch that a 911 caller reported a fight, where two men were seen beating-up another man. Police said one of the men was alleged to have had a gun.

Police said that when officers arrived, the men implicated in the fight ran from the scene. Officers located evidence of an altercation in the area but were unable to locate any of the men involved. According to police reports, investigators found evidence of blood on a neighboring driveway and evidence of a scuffle.

According to police reports, one of the men involved who was alleged to have a gun was about 20 years old, was wearing a hoodie and appeared to have a chain attached to his pants.

According to police, the suspects did not live at the address where the incident was reported to have happened. No arrests were made and no citations were issued.
