Fugitive on Wisconsin's Most Wanted List Captured in Louisiana
Willie Jordan of Milwaukee is accused of binding his former girlfriend before beating, burning and injecting her with lethal dose of heroin.

MILWAUKEE -- Willie Jordan, one of Wisconsin's most wanted fugitives, was captured in Louisiana on August 3, U.S. Marshals said.
Jordan had been charged in February with 1st degree intentional homicide, false imprisonment, armed robbery and manufacture/deliver heroin and faces life in prison if he is convicted.
A warrant for Jordan's arrest had been filed in Milwaukee County Circuit Court on Feb. 26.

According to police, Jordan is accused of entering his former girlfriend's home near 19th and Congress Streets, duct-taping her ankles and wrists and putting several belts around her to restrain her. Police say Jordan had been upset over a missing handgun.
Police say Jordan then beat the victim, burned them with a heated fork and reportedly injected the victim with a lethal dose of heroin and left the victim to die.

U.S. Marshals say they tracked Jordan to Tallulah, Louisana where he was arrested.
