MADISON, WI — Gov. Scott Walker is set to deliver his 2017 Wisconsin budget address Tuesday from the State Capitol building in Madison. Some of the provisions in this budget have already been partially revealed to the public, such as Walker's welfare reform proposal, public school funding, college tuition reductions, rural school aid among others.

But while some provisions have already been gently rolled out to the public, Walker's budget address leaves ample room for a few surprises that the Joint Finance Committee will undoubtedly tackle this spring.
