Gun Stolen in Motor Ave. Burglary: Report
According to police reports, when the homeowner came home, he saw that someone forced open the front door.

WAUKESHA, WI -- A Motor Ave. home was burglarized and a gun was stolen during the course of the burglary, Waukesha police are reporting.
Waukesha police responded to a home in the 1000 block of Motor Ave. just before 8:30 p.m. on Nov. 29 for a report of a burglary in progress.
According to police reports, when the home owner came home, he reported someone forced open the front door, entered the house, and "ransacked" a bedroom home.

Police staged a perimeter in the area, and entered the home in order to clear the home of any potential intruders. According to reports, the burglary suspect was not located and officers are continuing to investigate the case.
Police told Patch that one handgun was reported stolen as a result of the apparent burglary.
