Gun-Waving Man At College Party Arrested

Waukesha police responded to the 200 block of Carroll St. just before midnight late Friday on a report of a man with a gun.

WAUKESHA, WI — Waukesha police responded to the 200 block of Carroll St. just before midnight late Friday on a report of a man with a gun.

According to police reports, the person who called police observed a person urinating in his yard. The resident, unhappy with this, confronted him and the person initially apologized.

Reports indicate as the person was walking away, he turned an pulled an apparent gun from his waistband and waved it around.

The person who called police said the suspect then walked back toward a party were there between 85-100 people.

Police eventually made contact with the gun-wielding suspect to find out that he had a pellet gun. He was taken into custody and was reportedly cooperative with authorities.
