High-Tech Plane Hangar Proposed For Crites Field

Aero Space Development Group has proposed a four-unit condominium hangar building designed to accommodate small business jets.

WAUKESHA, WI — A private airport development company and Waukesha County airport management have signed a twelve-month land lease option for more than 98,000 square feet of prime airport property adjacent to Aviation Drive.

Aero Space Development Group has proposed a four-unit condominium hangar building designed to accommodate small business jets and turbo-prop aircraft. Lots 3 and 4 are located immediately south of the airport’s primary runway and close to the airport’s two excellent fixed base operators.

Richard Sokol, CEO of Aero Space Development Group said in a prepared statement: “Crites Field is experiencing strong growth in its mission supporting the robust local economy. We’re confident that general aviation users, and support businesses, will find our new hangar development to be a great facility to host new or expanded flight operations.”
