Hungry Man in Meijer Tased After He Tried Entering Cars

Authorities had to deploy a taser on an unhappy suspect after he was caught messing around in Meijer and later forcing himself into cars.

WAUKESHA, WI — Authorities had to deploy a taser on an unhappy suspect after he was caught messing around in Meijer and forcing himself into customers' cars last night.

According to police reports, a Meijer store manager reported a balding, larger-built white man wearing a teal polo shirt who had been "off and on all night eating food throughout the store."

The man was asked to leave on a number of occasions, and was reportedly under the influence at the time he was in the store.

Waukesha police arrived at the store just before 3 a.m. Wednesday, and learned the man walked out of the store and toward the Walgreen's parking lot.

The person who called police advised that the man attempted to force himself into an occupied vehicle before pulling on doors to vehicles.

According to the report, the man was out near Highlands South Apartments when a struggle took place and the man was tased and taken into custody.

No criminal complaint was wished by either Meijer or the occupants of the vehicle the man tried entering.
