Waukesha Fatal Crash Victim Identified By Police
The driver of the vehicle was found deceased inside the vehicle. On Thursday morning, police identified the person who died in the crash.

WAUKESHA, WI — Police in Waukesha say that icy roads contributed are at least partially to blame for a fatal crash on Wednesday morning.
On Thursday morning, Waukesha police identified the driver who died in that crash. Police say that Dustin A. Lazowski, 35, of Milwaukee, was found deceased at the crash scene.
According to Waukesha police, on Wednesday Jan. 10 just before 8 a.m., police say they received numerous 911 calls for an injury accident at the intersection of Broadway and Les Paul Parkway/Highway 59. Waukesha Police and Fire units arrived on scene and located a single-vehicle crash.

According to police, the passenger of the vehicle was transported to Froedtert Hospital with life-threatening injuries. The driver of the vehicle, Lazowski, was found deceased inside the vehicle.
Police say they are still actively investigating this incident, but it appeared that icy road conditions were a
contributing factor in the crash.
