Man Hits Parked Car

Waukesha police responded to the 400 block of E. College Ave. on a report of a two-vehicle accident.

According to police reports, a male driver struck a parked car, and debris was reportedly in the roadway.

Police reported that the driver was uninjured as a result of the accident.

Both cars were damaged to the point they needed to be towed from the scene.

Liquor Thief Arrested

Waukesha police responded to Woodman's just before 5:30 p.m. after a liquor distributor for Woodman's told police he saw a suspicious person in the liquor department.

When staff reviewed the store's surveillance footage, the man left the store on a bike in the area of Discount Liquor with two bottles of liquor.

Police made contact with the man, who was taken into custody on an apparent theft charge.
