Man Arrested for 5th OWI

A 39-year-old Muskego man was arrested for his 5th drunk driving offense after a fellow motorist called police on him.

WAUKESHA COUNTY, WI — A 39-year-old Muskego man was arrested for his 5th drunk driving offense after a fellow motorist called police on him.

A Wisconsin State Trooper responded to a driving complaint about a Chevy Silverado traveling southbound on I-41 in Washington County. The Silverado was reported to be tailgating multiple vehicles and speeding.

Gregory E Frelka, 39 years of age, from Muskego has been arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol Waukesha Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 5th offense.

The Trooper located the vehicle still traveling southbound and initiated a traffic stop near County Highway K. The driver submitted to Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and was ultimately placed under arrest for suspicion of Operating Under the Influence, 5th Offense.

There was also an open container of intoxicants inside the vehicle. He was then transported to an area hospital for a legal blood draw and then booked into the Washington County jail.
