Man Arrested Over Advance Auto Parts Threats: Report
Police responded to the Advance Auto Parts store in Waukesha after a man threatened staff over not being able to return a used tool.

WAUKESHA, WI — Waukesha Police responded to the Advance Auto Parts just before 4:30 p.m. on June 3 on a report of disorderly conduct.
According to police reports, a customer later identified as Roy M. Whitelow was upset with staff after they refused to return an item at the store.
According to reports, Whitelow said threatening statements to the cashier, implying that he would wait for the cashier to finish their shift so he could commit an assault.

According to reports, both store employees called 911 over Whitelow over not being able to return a used tool.
Police told Patch that they arrested Whitelow on suspicion of Felony Bail jumping, Disorderly Conduct, and six counts of Misdemeanor Bail Jumping.

According to police reports, Whitelow had been arrested May 19 for a previous police call.
