An intoxicated man was reportedly shooting BBs down the stairs into the main living area where a woman and child were.

Waukesha police responded to a home on the 500 block of W. College Ave. just before 1 a.m. Wednesday on a report of an intoxicated man attempting to enter a house that was not his.

According to reports, the man, wearing a blue shirt, jeans and weighing more than 200 lbs. was trying to get into the residence, was swaying back and forth and bending over trying to get the door open.

Police responded to the residence, and took the man into custody. He was held until he was sober.

Waukesha police responded to a residence on the 400 block of N. West Ave. just after 3 a.m. on Aug. 26 on a report of Disorderly Conduct.

According to police reports, an intoxicated man was reported to police after he was reportedly shooting BBs down the stairs into the main living area where a woman and child were.

Police responded to the area, where they observed the man banging on the second-story window and later pointing the BB gun outside.

He eventualy came to the front door with nothing in his hands, but refused to come out to speak with officers. A few moments later, he was encouranged to come outside, and was taken into custody.
