Man Comes Home, Finds Worker Already There

Waukesha police responded to an apartment on the 400 block of N. Moreland Blvd. on a report that a maintenance man was in his apartment when he came home.

When the resident spoke with the manager, the manager stated there should be no reason the person should be in his apartment, according to reports.

Waukesha police took the man into custody as a result of the incident once he was tracked down. The man had left the apartment at the time of the police call.
