Waukesha police responded to an apartment on the 1000 block of Delafield St. just before 2 a.m. Wednesday on a report that an 18-year-old male was complaining that his penis was burning and it was cut - he reportedly could not understand how it could have happened.
According to the report, the 18-year-old could not stop laughing.
Three squads responded to the scene in addition to rescue workers.
According to the report, the only other person in the apartment was his grandmother.
Police managed to make contact with the 18-year-old just beore 2 a.m. and rescue workers tended to him to resolve any injuries or related issues.

Waukesha police had to break off a high-speed pursuit early Wednesday after the suspect vehicle reached 95 miles per hour through Waukesha.

According to police reports, police were called to the intersection of Corrina Blvd. and N. Barstow St. just after 1:15 a.m. Wednesday after a motorist in a vehicle with no front license plate fled an attempted traffic stop.
According to reports, the driver passed Moreland and hit about 80 miles per hour as they approached the city limits.
Mutual aid was requested as the driver hit 95 miles per hour as he accelerated onto I-94 eastbound.
the State Patrol and Waukesha County Sheriff were called to respond to the incident.
Waukesha police pursued the suspicious vehicle for 3.7 miles before terminating pursuit.
