Man Convicted Of Child Sex Assault To Be Released In Waukesha
Authorities say Arleigh Smith was a martial arts instructor in Brookfield in 2009 and sexually assaulted 12 and 13-year-old victims.

WAUKESHA, WI — Police in Waukesha say that a former martial arts instructor convicted of sexually assaulting two children in 2009 has been released from custody and will be placed in Waukesha.
According to Wisconsin Department of Justice records, Arleigh Smith was convicted in 2009 of second-degree sexual assault of a child.
Authorities say Smith was a martial arts instructor in Brookfield in 2009 and sexually assaulted 12 and 13-year-old victims.

The Waukesha Police Department says Smith will be on the sex offender registry for the rest of his life, and has submitted to face-to-face registration with law
enforcement.
Authorities say Smith is to have no employment or volunteer involvement with children, nor is he is to have any unsupervised contact with children.
