Man Convicted Of Sex Assault Released Back Into Waukesha: Report

Authorities say Christopher Lesik, 55, was convicted in 2008 of first-degree sexual assault of a 7-year-old girl that he knew.

WAUKESHA, WI — Authorities in Waukesha are alerting the public that a registered sex offender has been released back into the community.

Authorities say Christopher Lesik, 55, was convicted in 2008 of first-degree sexual assault of a 7-year-old girl that he knew.

Police said Lesik will be a life registrant with the state sex offender registry, and has submitted to face-to-face registration with law enforcement. He is on active supervision, police said.

Police say Lesik is to have no unsupervised contact with children, nor no taverns, bars, liquor stores, and no contact with victims.

Police said Lesik is not allowed to have employment or volunteering that involves children. Police said Lesik is to comply with sex offender rules and will be on lifetime GPS monitoring with exclusion zones in the downtown Waukesha area.
