WAUKESHA, WI — Police in Waukesha say they caught up with an apparent drug user who was found behind a Kimberly Drive apartment complex. According to police call logs, officers were dispatched to the area of the 400 block of Kimberly Drive just after midnight on May 31 on a report of a man who was found passed out in a silver Lexus. When police arrived, officers said the man exited the car and tried fleeing the scene. Police said after a short foot pursuit, the man was arrested on suspicion of bail jumping and possession of narcotics.
