Man Jumps From 2nd Story Hotel Window

WAUKESHA, WI — Waukesha police responded to the Pewaukee Best Western just before 9 p.m. Monday on a report that management wanted a person removed from the property.

According to police reports, a man jumped out of the second story window and exhibited unusual behavior that was described as elevated mood.

When police arrived, they made contact with the person and his girlfriend, who advised that the person go to the hospital on account of his injuries. The girlfriend stated to police that the man was acting typical for him because he hadn't slept in four days.

Police stood by as the man and woman left the hotel.
