Man, Waukesha. You Sure Do Love Fireworks

WAUKESHA, WI — Waukesha police responded to 53 calls complaining of illegal fireworks being lit off on the Fourth of July. Here are the times and locations of each call. Many calls reported fireworks in the area, and at times, the people lighting off the fireworks could not be found.

1. S James St/E College Ave 12:56 a.m. - Subjects setting off fireworks just s of intersection in the alley.
2. 435 W Dunbar Ave. 12:56 a.m. - caller is upset over the house down the street is setting off fireworks again. she advised police came and they started up again.
3. 614 W College Ave 12:45 a.m. - 2nd house west of franklin
4. Big Bend Rd/E Sunset Dr 12:40 a.m. - firework near the apartments on sunset and big bend, near the leasing office.
5. 425 W Dunbar Ave 12:18 a.m. - Two houses to the west of 425 w dunbar, subjects are letting off fireworks, caller advised its the big white house with tiki lights on it.
6. 401 Cheyenne Dr 11:18 p.m. - 2 houses south of 401.
7. Blackhawk Trl/Sth 164 11:16 p.m. - Juv's are throwing fireworks at vehicles driving s/b
8. Silvernail Rd/N Grandview Blvd 11:12 p.m. - Male riding in the back of the pick up truck, lighting off fireworks from the truck, the male was yelling also, last seen near Denny's.
9. 1511 Oakdale Dr 11:07 p.m. - Subjects were gone upon arrival.
10. 3631 Oak Valley Ln 10:59 p.m. - Another caller from Madison advising the same.
11. 2008 Cobblestone Ct. 10:56 p.m. - People were lighting off fireworks which kept waking up his 3 year old. A verbal argument occurred. The man was advised on the noise as well as the ordinance on fireworks.
12. 632 Madison St 10:50 p.m. 15-20 subjects across the street setting off fireworks.
13. Pearl St/N Greenfield Ave 10:49 p.m. - Subjects are setting off fireworks in the area.
14. Evergreen Dr/Cedar Ln 10:48 p.m. - Fireworks being setting of near dead end of Evergreen.
15. Wilshire Pl/Kimberly Dr. 10:46 p.m. - Fireworks in the area.
16. 2013 Harris-highland Dr 10:45 p.m. - Fireworks being lit off behind this address.
17. 101 E Garfield Ave 10:31 p.m. - Subjects setting off large fireworks in park for past hour.
18. 1921 Empire Dr 10:27 p.m. - Report of Fireworks.
19. 2037 Empire Dr 10:19 p.m. Advised of fireworks being lit off.
20. 1517 Oakdale Dr 10:17 p.m. - Fireworks "nonstop" in the area. Police advised residents.
21. 2322 Coachman Ct 10:16 p.m. - A group of people lighting off fireworks was advised they would be cited if police had to come back.
22. Algoma Ter/S University Dr 10:16 p.m. - Report of fireworks.
23. 1820 Cardinal Dr 10:11 p.m. - Report of Fireworks.
24. Hinman Ave/Jackson Ct 10:06 p.m. - Report of Fireworks.
25. 800 N Bel-ayr Dr 9:58 p.m. - Fireworks were being lit off. People were gone upon arrival of police.
26. Paul Ln/Niagara St 9:55 p.m. - Report of Fireworks.
27. 2721 N University Dr. 9:51 p.m. - Report of Fireworks.
28. Northview Rd/Pebble Valley Rd 9:42 p.m. - Fireworks in the area.
29. Silvernail Rd/N University Dr 9:41 p.m. Fireworks in the area.
30. 1618 Moccasin Trail 9:40 p.m. - Report of Fireworks.
31. 1336 E Main St 9:31 p.m. - Report of Fireworks in the area.
32. Debbie Dr/S Grand Ave 9:30 p.m. - Subjects on debbie drive on east side of the street setting off fireworks.
33. 1608 Swartz Dr. 9:27 p.m. - Subjects setting off fireworks in the area --up the hill on swartz.
34. 1500BLK Mohawk Ln 9:27 pm. - Fireworks in the area.
35. N Greenfield Ave/Lincoln Ave 9:26 p.m. - Report of Fireworks in the area.
36. 1000BLK Oxford Rd 9:24 p.m. - Report of fireworks in the area.
37. 1111 S Grand Ave 9:20 p.m. - Report of fireworks in the area. Subjects were gone upon arrival of police.
38. Thrush Ln/Kestrel Ln 9:17 p.m. - Report of fireworks in the area. Subjects were gone upon arrival of police.
39. 316 Walton Ave 9:13 p.m. - fireworks being shot off from parking lot between walton and born. fireworks landed on callers vehicle.
40. 2000BLK Dixie Dr 9:11 p.m. - Report of fireworks in the area. Subjects were gone upon arrival of police.
41. Comanche Ct N/S Comanche Ln 9:07 p.m. - Report of fireworks in the area. Subjects were gone upon arrival of police.
42. Murray Ave/E Moreland Blvd 9:03 p.m. - Report of fireworks in the area. Subjects were gone upon arrival of police.
43. Mohawk Ln/Fleetfoot Dr 9:02 p.m. - Report of fireworks in the area. Subjects were gone upon arrival of police.
44. 1900 Cardinal Dr. 8:33 p.m. - Fireworks in the area--caller hung up before giving any further. An ordinance citation was issued.
45. 2401 Springdale Rd. 8:33 p.m. - Fireworks were reported in the Springdale Apartments Area.
46. 132 Spring St. 8:27 p.m. - People across the street in the 4 family unit have been shooting off fireworks for past 4 hours.
47. 2031 Dixie Dr. 8:20 p.m. - Juv setting off fireworks in front of address.
48. 907 S Grandview Blvd 7:46 p.m. - Report of fireworks in the area. Subjects were gone upon arrival of police.
49. 300BLK W Roberta Ave 6:38 p.m. - Someone setting off fireworks in the area. Gone upon arrival.
50. Mccall St/N James St 6:10 p.m. - Caller reports family lighting fireworks off near this location. Gone upon arrival.
51. 310 Williams St 6:04 p.m. - Multiple subjects were lighting fireworks off in the rear of the business. they were advised of the ordianance.
52. 1223 Market Pl 5:25 p.m. - Behind this home someone is using fireworks. Gone upon arrival.
53. 1871 Waterview Ln 3:34 p.m. Caller reports someone is shooting off fireworks
