Man Who Exposed Himself To Children Released In Waukesha: Police

According to police, Kenneth Elam was convicted in 2002 for causing a child under 13 to view a sex act and exposing himself in public.

WAUKESHA, WI — Waukesha police are notifying the public that a registered sex offender is being released. According to police, Kenneth Elam was convicted in 2002 for causing a child under 13 to view a sex act and exposing himself in public. Police say Elam repeatedly exposed himself to a 9-year-old acquaintance, a 5-year- old stranger and an adult stranger in public.

Police say Elam will live of the 1100 block of E. Main Street. He will be a life registrant with the sex offender registry and has submitted to face-to-face registration with law enforcement. He is to have no unsupervised contact with minors, no taverns, bars, liquor stores, no contact with victim and not to purchase or possess or consume alcohol or illegal drugs.

He must comply with sex offender rules and will be on GPS monitoring while under supervision.
