Man Who Paid For Sex Gets Phone Stolen, Hit By Car: Report

Authorities say two women stole a Waukesha County man's cell phone, then hit him with a car as they tried to get away.

WAUKESHA COUNTY, WI — Authorities in Waukesha County say that a man who hired three prostitutes had his cell phone stolen during the encounter and was hit by the car the women fled in.

According to a Journal Sentinel report, lifetime sex offender Scott Peschmann, 41, of Hartland, tried to pay three women $400 for sex at his home, but one never participated and another stole his cellphone during the encounter, according to a criminal complaint.

On March 4, Waukesha County Sheriff's deputies were dispatched to a 911-theft call after Peschmann told deputies that three female friends stole his iPhone and $400, and tried to hit him with their car when they fled from his residence.

According to sheriff's officials, the investigation revealed that Peschmann"found" these women on BackPage. The women agreed to come to his residence to share an intimate evening with him for a $400 donation. In their haste to leave the scene after Peschmann confronted them about the theft, the driver backed her car into the man and hit his leg. Peschmann was not injured.

Sheriff's officials are reporting that the three women were later found in Brookfield, interviewed by Waukesha County Sheriff's Department Deputies and booked into the Waukesha County Jail on prostitution and theft charges. They were later identified as Maria Lebron and 24-year-old Victoria Pena. They face prostitution charges in Waukesha County Circuit Court. Lebron is also facing one count of misdemeanor theft. Deputies recovered the iPhone and $300 from the women.
