WAUKESHA, WI — Waukesha police were dispatched to the area of Harrison Ave. and S. Grand Ave. just after 8 a.m. on Sep. 14 on a report of indecent exposure. According to police reports, a male was stopped at the stop sign at the intersection, driving a black 2-door vehicle when he asked a female pedestrian the directions to Walmart. While that may not be unusual, the next item mentioned in the report was. According to police reports, the driver, who was a white male in his 40s to early 50s was masturbating with his genitals exposed while in the vehicle and asking the woman for directions. The man, who was last seen wearing a black shirt, possibly jeans and had scruffy facial hair, was last seen headed southbound on Grand.
