Middle Schoolers Okay After Police Intervene
Police intervened Wednesday afternoon after a group of between 7 and 8 middle school students appeared as though they were about to start a fight on the 1400 block of Big Bend Road.
Police reported that two middle schoolers had gotten into a heated argument on their way home from school.
Police made contact with the two youngsters, and they shook hands and also agreed to behave in the future - or to at least avoid each other.

Police responded to an apartment unit at 332 Wisconsin Ave. just after 1 p.m. Wednesday on a report of a disturbance between a man and a woman inside one of the units.
The report stated that a male was heard yelling and throwing things around.
Police responded and one man was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct.
