Missing Equipment Has Worker Suspecting Neighborhood

According to reports, there was a white pickup truck parked in the area that had been lingering in the neighborhood during the day.

WAUKESHA, WI — Waukesha police were dispatched to the area of W. Laflin Ave. and S. Grand Ave. just after 9:30 p.m. Friday on a report of a suspicious person.

According to reports, there was a white pickup truck parked in the area that had been lingering in the neighborhood during the day, and it appeared suspicious to an area resident.

Police reported that an officer located the truck and its driver just before 10:30 p.m. The driver stated he was working on the 100 block of S. Grand, and was driving in the area more frequently in order to monitor equipment that he has left in the home.

According to the truck's driver, things have gone missing over the past few weeks, and he suspects it is someone in the neighborhood.
