WAUKESHA COUNTY, WI — A 60-year-old Milwaukee man is behind bars after authorities in Waukesha County say he attacked a mother of two in a Walmart parking lot over a shopping cart incident.

According to a CBS 58 report, Cori Richardson was shopping at Walmart last Friday with her 9-year-old daugher and 8-week-old son when John Engebos, 60, left his shopping cart right behind Richardson's car.

"Can you please put your cart away?" Richardson said, "He said according to a video interview conducted by WISN, 'No, they have people who get paid to do that."

Engebos has been charged with battery, disorderly conduct and recklessly endangering safety. He's being held in the Waukesha County Jail on a $1,000 cash bond.

A witness called 911, according to the complaint.

Let's help her get the justice her and her children deserve," the GoFundMe page says.
