Neighbor Sprays Resident With Hose During Flooding Flap: Police

WAUKESHA, WI — Waukesha police responded to a residence on the 100 block of Hinman Ave. yesterday on a report of trouble with neighbors.

According to Waukesha police, officers responded on a report that a resident's backyard was flooding.

Reports state that as the resident was dealing with the water, his neighbor came out and started spraying him with the hose.

Waukesha police said that the property in question was deemed a nuisance due to the number of times police respond to that location for police calls.
