Neighborhood Asks For More Police Patrols
A Waukesha neighborhood has requested extra patrols by police after a group of neighborhood kids has been running through the neighborhood.

WAUKESHA, WI — A Waukesha neighborhood has requested extra patrols by police after a group of neighborhood kids has been running through the neighborhood at odd hours over the last few weeks.
According to police reports, a group of juveliles was running through a neighbor's yard on the 1400 block of Lynne Drive just before 1:30 a.m. Sunday.
When the homeowner went to see what was happening, one of the youth reportedly banged on the front door. When they turned the porch light on, there were six kids on the front porch who subsequently fled.

A similar group of about six to eight youth were also reported near Cavalier Drive and Lynne Drive.
Police are conducting extra checks in the neighborhood until school starts.
